GOING BUSH
NEW DRINK: GREEN ANT (KABOH) G&T
This August, bush-food guru, proud Bininj man, and close friend, Ben Tyler and I (Tim Triggs) will brave the bite, foraging for Green Ants in the Kakadu National Park.
After lots of positive encourgement on our Native Bellini the thrilling collaboration between ALTD SPIRITS x First Nation’s KAKADU KITCHEN continues with the 2nd drink in the line up.
Introducing the Green Ant (known as Kaboh in kundjehmi language) G&T.
Crafted with Kakadu Green Ants, or KABOH, ethically sourced by Bininj people from Kakadu National Park. This non-alcoholic G&T offers a distinctive citrusy-sherbet burst. A blend of distilled Juniper, handmade bitters, and black pepper with green ants creates a uniquely Australian drink packed with a lime-coriander-tinged citrus punch.
Imagine medicinal potency meeting indigenous pharmaceutical craftsmanship, all nestled within a vibrant bouquet of juniper and coastal tonic. Intrigued?
